Job Title: Commercial Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Esh Group. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for providing commercial support to site and project managers, ensuring the successful delivery of our construction schemes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide commercial support to site and project managers, ensuring the successful delivery of our construction schemes.
  • Procure and manage subcontractors from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
  • Prepare and present monthly valuation reports and cost to completion estimations, ensuring accurate and timely financial information.
  • Implement best commercial practice to maximize commercial performance, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • HND in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent - desirable.
  • Minimum 5 years working as a Quantity Surveyor with good working knowledge of construction processes.
  • Clear understanding of contractual terms and conditions, both sub-contract and main contract.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office.
  • Valid UK driving license.
  • Valid CSCS card.
