Job Title: Administrator / Administration Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Administrator / Administration Assistant to join our team at AWD online. As an Administrator / Administration Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of our office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including maintaining accurate records, preparing documents, and handling correspondence.
  • Manage the school website, calendars, and social media accounts.
  • Support the First Aid room and provide backup for Reception staff.
  • Use SIMS to print timetables, reports, and other documents as required.
  • Collate and analyze data from student assessments and create charts and graphs for data analysis meetings.
Requirements:
  • Excellent administrative, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Computer literate with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Mail/Documents.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents.
  • Discretion and ability to respect confidentiality and understand safeguarding procedures.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
