About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Design Lead to join our team at Synechron. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for designing and developing visual brand assets that effectively communicate our message to our global audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design graphic projects from concept to brand development, implementing a seamless creative process, right through to project completion.
  • Designing visually engaging assets to be used across global campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborating with team members and clients to understand their needs and develop design assets that effectively communicate their message.
  • Incorporating branding guidelines and ensuring consistency across all design assets.
  • Staying current with the latest design trends and incorporating them into all projects, with an interest in AI and the future of design.
  • Deliver all assets in a clear high-quality format.
  • Bring the Synechron brand to life across a range of media, including website, communications, social media, physical spaces, digital.
  • Create compelling outputs that align to the Synechron vision and align to the theme or guidelines of the brand.
  • Provide flexibility in working on multiple project briefs at once maintaining high quality outputs.
Requirements
  • At least 8+ years of experience in a graphics/motion design role.
  • A visionary design thinker with a strong understanding of branding.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, and colour theory.
  • Experience in creating animated graphics, to be used across social media and other digital forms.
  • Mac proficient user with experience across industry standard software
  • Adobe CS (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, AfterEffects).
