Lead Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Graphic Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in guiding the creative process, collaborating with clients, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional design work.

Responsibilities
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers and interns, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Supervise intern projects, assigning tasks, providing feedback, and ensuring on-time and within-budget completion.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to conceptualize and execute creative solutions across various media platforms.
  • Stay abreast of the latest design trends and technologies, incorporating them into your work.
  • Work closely with the Creative Director to develop accurate price estimates and project breakdowns.
  • Contribute to the planning and creative process for new client acquisition.
  • Manage the production of print materials from conception to completion.
  • Proactively recommend creative communication strategies for marketing proposals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working as a graphic designer in an agency or in-house creative department.
  • Strong creative, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
