We are looking for a talented and experienced Lead Graphic Designer to join our in-house design studio in London. As a Lead Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for leading a team of designers and delivering high-quality creative work that meets the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of designers and provide guidance and mentorship to help them grow and develop in their careers.
  • Develop and implement design strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including art directors, copywriters, and account managers, to deliver creative solutions that meet client needs.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and apply this knowledge to improve our design work.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the work we deliver.

Requirements

  • 9+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio that showcases your skills and experience.
  • A bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of designers, including mentoring and developing junior designers.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex design challenges.
