The Role: Creative Lead - Graphic Design

As a Creative Lead - Graphic Design, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Cielo's brand identity and visual communication strategy. You will lead the design process for a wide range of projects, including marketing materials, website content, social media campaigns, and presentations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative concepts that align with Cielo's brand guidelines and business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and account management teams, to understand project requirements and deliver impactful designs.
  • Oversee the entire design process, from concept development to final execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet deadlines.
  • Stay abreast of current design trends and technologies to ensure Cielo's visual identity remains fresh and relevant.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience as a graphic designer, with a proven track record of success in developing compelling visual content.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with other design tools.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition principles, and branding guidelines.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
