About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior 3D Designer to join our dynamic and friendly design team at Etch Creative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality 3D design work for industry-leading luxury retail brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute creative design concepts for 3D projects, from initial research to final execution.
  • Lead complex design projects from start to finish, collaborating with the wider team to ensure successful delivery.
  • Partner with the Head of Creative to define the creative direction of key projects and the studio.
  • Liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members, providing coaching and guidance to support their growth and development.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in 3D design, gained either agency or brand side.
  • Experience in the luxury or premium retail industry, with a strong understanding of all touch points from window displays to pop-up shops, brand activations, and POS.
  • Advanced knowledge of 3D design software, including Cinema 4D and Redshift render engine.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience mentoring and managing junior team members, with a coaching mindset and ability to develop their skills and knowledge.
