Associate Director of Nursing Community Services Lead

The Associate Director of Nursing for Community Services will play a pivotal role in leading and developing nursing teams within the divisional group, while also providing compassionate leadership across the organisation.
Main Responsibilities- Provide outstanding nursing leadership across the division, ensuring delivery of high-quality care and a positive patient experience across all aspects of the organisation.
- Lead and develop a safe, skilled, and competent workforce, ensuring the implementation of an effective plan for continuing professional development.
- Ensure teams are compliant with specialty standards regarding training and education.
- Accountable for delivery of agreed nursing quality, safety, and workforce metrics and effective nursing assurance framework.
- Lead on the development of quality and safety annual plans.
- Ensure implementation of national standards, guidance, and best practice.
- Responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of innovative models of care, working closely with relevant stakeholders.
- Lead workforce planning/profiling initiatives.
