Children's Complex Care Nurse - Community Based

Location: Bradford

Shifts: Nights

Pay Rates (including holiday pay)

As a leading provider of community-based care services, Thornbury Community Services is seeking a skilled Paediatric Nurse to join our team. We are looking for a nurse with experience in complex care to work with a young client with a neurological deficit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals
  • Monitor client progress and report any changes or concerns to the clinical team
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families on complex care needs

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 months of experience in UK-based complex care
  • Strong knowledge of paediatric care and complex care principles
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid UK nursing registration
