Children's Complex Care Nurse - Community Based

Thornbury Community Services is seeking a skilled Pediatric Nurse to deliver high-quality care and support to young people with complex needs. As a Children's Complex Care Nurse, you will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide bespoke care packages that enable our clients to achieve their personal goals and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to children with complex needs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the client's family and healthcare team
• Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the client's needs are met
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the client's healthcare team
• Document client progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements

• Minimum 12 months of UK-based experience as a Pediatric Nurse
• Strong knowledge of pediatric care principles and practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
