We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Leaders in Care. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage medication, care plans, and perform general nursing duties
- Supervise the care team and lead by example, ensuring high standards of care are adhered to
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to residents
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure residents' needs are met
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote residents' independence and well-being
Requirements:
- Relevant nursing qualification (RGN)
- Experience in elderly care within a nursing home environment (desirable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days and nights
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly rate of £22
- Annual salary of £50,336 for full-time hours (4 days or nights per week)
- Flexible working hours: 22, 33, 38. Day or night shifts available (8-8)
