We are seeking a skilled Collections Officer to join our Asset Finance team at an award-winning bank in central London. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Collections Manager in all collection activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily returned payments to reduce and prevent customer debt
  • Effectively manage busy workflow and identify key objectives
  • Monitor the performance of a portfolio of over 6,500 live accounts
  • Liaise with professional advisers, brokers, valuers, and recovery agents
  • Support Collections Manager in all collections activities within company policy guidelines
  • Ensure customers are treated fairly and FCA regulations are adhered to
