We are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales leader to spearhead our Networking and Security team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess a deep understanding of enterprise technology solutions, and have a passion for driving revenue growth, this opportunity is for you.

As the Head of Sales for Networking & Security, you will be responsible for leading, developing, and motivating a high-performing team of sales specialists. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our go-to-market strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and closing complex deals with some of the world's largest organizations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth within the Networking & Security market segment.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at target accounts, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with our strategic vendor partners to identify new opportunities for joint ventures and market expansion.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, ensuring our sales team is equipped with the latest knowledge and insights.
