In collaboration with our TikTok marketing team, your primary focus will be to generate innovative user-generated content concepts for the diverse brands we represent. You will play a pivotal role in managing relationships with micro-influencers and fostering brand partnerships with creators on the platform. Additionally, you will be instrumental in guiding brand development across our clients' TikTok accounts.

We are searching for a confident and organized creative individual who can infuse their enthusiasm and expertise in TikTok and marketing into our youthful team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • UGC Management: You will oversee the consistent delivery of UGC TikTok content for each client account, acting as the primary contact for clients' creative requirements and ensuring all creative KPIs are achieved. Close collaboration with TikTok creators will be essential to ensure the UGC content produced is of high quality and commercially viable. Strong organizational skills and consistent updates to our creator spreadsheets are crucial.
  • Influencer Management: You will lead efforts to establish partnerships with brands and creators, identifying creators who align authentically with each brand, managing creator relationships, ensuring timely delivery of UGC content, and negotiating terms within budget constraints.
  • Creative Collaboration: Actively contribute to and collaborate on the TikTok creative strategy for various brands. You will help lead internal TikTok brand development sessions and communicate ongoing creative ideas to each client.
  • Research: Maintain awareness of emerging trends on TikTok and stay updated on potential new content angles.

Ideal Candidates Will:

  • Effectively manage client expectations regarding UGC creative, ensuring clear communication throughout the creative process and any changes in influencer relationships.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication skills to manage both client and creator relationships, ensuring all produced content aligns with brand guidelines and briefs.
  • Possess a deep passion for and understanding of the TikTok platform, including its algorithm, emerging trends, and the elements that drive brand success.
  • Ensure monthly UGC deliverables are met for each client account.
  • Understand the distinction between organic creative aimed at generating views and UGC designed to drive conversions.
  • Demonstrate confidence in leading content and creative strategy across both organic and paid TikTok initiatives.
  • Maintain organized and consistently updated creator spreadsheets.
  • Implement best practices and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
  • Understand clients' business objectives and key performance indicators.
  • Provide effective feedback to creators to enhance and refine their UGC creative.

Who Should Apply:

  • Individuals with experience managing digital marketing projects.
