**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Director to join our team at McCann Central. As a key member of our social media team, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that drive business growth and engagement.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement social media strategies that align with our clients' business objectives
- Manage and execute social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize campaign performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution of social media campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our clients' social media presence remains competitive
**Requirements**
- Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative social media strategies that drive business results
