About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Account Manager / Copywriter to join our team at ADLIB Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that drive engagement and growth for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain internal and client social media accounts across various platforms, ensuring they are always up-to-date and engaging.
- Conceptualize and execute strategic social media campaigns that align with client goals and objectives.
- Develop high-quality content, including social media posts, blogs, brochures, and more, that captivates audiences and builds brand awareness.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and opportunities in the social media world, and apply this knowledge to drive results for our clients.
- Nurture client relationships, providing strategic advice and ensuring that all campaigns meet their unique brand voice and objectives.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in social media management and copywriting, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to craft compelling content that resonates with audiences.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience working in a collaborative environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to clients.
- Familiarity with social media management tools for scheduling and reporting, and the ability to maximize engagement and growth across various platforms.
