Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Representative to join our team at Mitchell Maguire. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling a distributed range of underfloor heating, renewable energy, and air source heat pumps to plumbers and builders merchants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Internal Technical Sales Position selling a distributed range of underfloor heating, renewable energy, and air source heat pumps
  • Exclusive sales to plumbers and builders merchants
  • Working within the renewable energy sales team, consisting of 5 members
  • Sales activity will be split 50/50 between inbound inquiries and new business development
  • Key account management for larger merchant customers
  • Liaising with customers to understand their requirements and providing technical support
  • Preparing quotations, following up, and updating the internal CRM system
  • Project sizes vary between £1,500 - £20,000

Requirements:

  • Must have experience dealing with underfloor heating systems
  • Must have sales experience with renewable energy
  • Energetic, driven, and outgoing
  • Appetite to succeed and grow with the company
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office and CRM system)
