Customer Sales Representative

Certas Energy UK Ltd is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Customer Sales Representative to join our team at our Warrington office. As a key member of our Domestic team, you will play a crucial role in developing a strong business pipeline by engaging with both new and existing Certas customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Booking appointments and managing customer inquiries to ensure their homes are suitable for our renewable energy products.
  • Representing Evolo's tailored renewable solutions and promoting the benefits of renewable energy technologies to the domestic market.
  • Achieving agreed KPIs and sales targets through outbound calling and effective customer engagement.

Key Requirements:

Required:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment with a proven track record of success.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a high degree of self-motivation and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel).

Desirable:

  • Experience in appointment setting and knowledge of renewable energy.
