Customer Sales Representative Job Description

Certas Energy UK Ltd is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Customer Sales Representative to join our team at our Warrington office. As a key member of our Domestic team, you will play a crucial role in developing a strong business pipeline by engaging with both new and existing Certas customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Outbound calling to potential customers to generate interest in our renewable energy solutions.
  • Scheduling appointments and ensuring all booking details are accurately recorded.
  • Answering customer queries and providing information about our renewable energy products.
  • Qualifying customer suitability for our products based on their needs and preferences.
  • Achieving agreed KPIs and sales targets.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Required:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • High degree of self-motivation and time management skills.
  • Resilient, persistent, and hardworking attitude.
  • Target-driven and results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to handle customer objections confidently and empathetically.
  • Good listening skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.

Desirable:

  • Experience in appointment setting.
  • Knowledge of renewable energy would be an advantage but all training will be given.
