Certas Energy UK Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Attraction Specialist to join our dynamic team in Warrington. As a key member of our Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Business Unit, you will play a crucial role in attracting new landlord customers and developing a relationship pipeline business.

Your primary responsibility will be to discuss the benefits of renewable solar energy technologies, determine energy needs, and develop a relationship pipeline business with commercial landlords. You will represent Centreco's tailored renewable energy solutions, providing a compelling and professional business proposition.

As a Client Attraction Specialist, you will have access to:

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • B2B contact centre experience is desirable
  • Experience in appointment setting is essential
  • Self-confidence and good interpersonal skills
  • High degree of self-motivation and time management
  • Resilient, persistent, and hardworking
  • Target driven/results orientated
  • Able to build the appropriate level of professional rapport with prospective customers
  • Can handle customer objections confidently
  • Can manage customer interactions with empathy
  • Good organisation skills and ability to prioritise
  • Good listening skills
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • GCSE Maths and English a requirement
