Stockroom Assistant - Luxury Fashion Retailer

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Stockroom Assistant to join our team at Flannels, a luxury fashion retailer. As a Stockroom Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stockroom, maintaining high standards of customer service, and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet Customers with a Sincere and Warm Welcome

Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers with a smile, being approachable, and ensuring they are aware of your assistance.

Manage Large Quantities of Stock and Price Changes

Effectively manage and process large quantities of stock, including price changes, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Ensure Replenishment and Stock Picking is Accurate and Done at Pace

Ensure that replenishment and stock picking are accurate, efficient, and completed at a pace that meets business demands.

Provide Information about In-Store Offers, Promotions, and Store Cards

Keep customers informed about in-store offers, promotions, and store cards, ensuring they are aware of the benefits and opportunities available.

Deliver First-Class Stockroom Standards

Maintain high standards of stockroom organization, cleanliness, and presentation, ensuring a positive and efficient working environment.

Stay Up-to-Date on Latest Trends and Product Knowledge

Stay informed about the latest fashion trends, product knowledge, and brand information to provide expert advice to customers.

Maintain a Customer-Friendly and Customer-Focused Environment

Ensure that the stockroom and surrounding areas are customer-friendly, clean, and well-maintained, reflecting the high standards of Flannels.

Guarantee a High Level of Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive a positive and memorable experience.

Educate and Guide Customers about Flannels, the Brands, and the Products We Sell

Share knowledge and expertise about Flannels, the brands, and products we sell, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.

Offer Alternatives and Add-On Sales as Necessary

Provide customers with alternative options and suggestions, increasing the chances of making a sale and enhancing the customer experience.

Ensure Store Standards are Complete and the Store is Prepared for the Next Trading Day

Ensure that all store standards are met, and the store is prepared for the next trading day, maintaining a high level of presentation and organization.

Comply with All Flannels Policies and Procedures

Adhere to all Flannels policies and procedures, ensuring that you are aware of and comply with company guidelines and expectations.

Requirements
