Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Stockroom Assistant to join our team at Flannels. As a key member of our stockroom team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate management of stock, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stockroom Operations
    • Manage and maintain accurate stock levels, including receiving, storing, and issuing stock
    • Ensure stockroom standards are consistently met, including organization, cleanliness, and safety
  • Customer Service
    • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for customers, ensuring they are aware of your assistance
    • Deal with customer inquiries and provide information on in-store offers, promotions, and store cards
  • Inventory Management
    • Accurately manage and maintain inventory levels, including tracking and reporting stock movements
    • Ensure accurate and efficient stock picking and replenishment processes
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work effectively within a team environment to achieve stockroom goals and objectives
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless stockroom operations
