Sales Manager for Golf and Turf Equipment

Role Overview

In light of the expansion of our Golf & Turf sector to encompass additional regions, we are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager to operate from our designated depots, focusing on the professional turf industry.

Key Responsibilities:

​​


• Strategically plan, manage, and enhance sales utilizing our CRM platform (MS Dynamics)


• Meet and exceed sales objectives established by the Golf & Turf Business Director, including sales volumes, gross profit, and sales mix


• Maintain exemplary customer and company relations at all times.

​The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of the professional groundcare machinery sector, along with prior sales experience. However, we are open to considering applicants with relevant expertise from other fields, such as the golf industry, who have familiarity with associated machinery.

Required Skills:

  • A valid driving license is mandatory
  • Understanding of Groundcare machinery is essential
  • Prior experience in a John Deere or similar Agricultural/Groundcare machinery dealership is preferred
  • Sales experience is crucial
  • Familiarity with the operational area is beneficial
  • Strong IT skills with the capability to quickly adapt to new software and systems
  • Ability to self-motivate and manage individual workloads while also contributing to team efforts.
