Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Marketing Technology Director to become a vital part of our Marketing Operations team, spearheading our MarTech initiatives.

The successful candidate will possess a unique blend of strategic insight and practical experience, enabling them to enhance and expand IFS' marketing technology capabilities while collaborating with key stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement a detailed MarTech strategy that aligns with the organization’s business objectives and marketing goals.
  • Supervise the deployment, integration, management, and optimization of marketing technologies including CRM, CDP, and automation systems.
  • Work closely with cross-departmental teams to ensure the smooth integration of MarTech solutions with other operational systems.
  • Foster innovation by keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the MarTech landscape.
  • Lead a dedicated team of marketing technologists, offering direction and support to meet departmental and organizational objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to data privacy and compliance standards in all MarTech projects, managing these aspects efficiently.
  • Evaluate and report on the performance of MarTech solutions, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing enhancement.
  • Be prepared to critically assess existing processes to facilitate the growth of the marketing organization.
  • Guarantee that comprehensive documentation and enablement resources are developed for all components of the MarTech stack, in partnership with stakeholders.

This role requires a hybrid work approach; the candidate should be open to collaborating and engaging with key stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Over 10 years of experience managing marketing technology within a B2B technology environment.
  • Strong proficiency in both front-end and back-end development technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in scaling marketing technology platforms and managing MarTech projects from start to finish efficiently.
  • Solid technical expertise with hands-on experience in platforms such as Marketo, Demandbase, Outreach, and various CRMs.
  • Knowledge of AI applications in Marketing Technology and processes.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance standards relevant to marketing technology.
