Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated Full and Part Time Information Management Administrators to join our team at Buckingham College. This role primarily involves supporting the Management Information Systems (MIS) Directorate, which encompasses Data, Compliance, and Examination functions.

Key Responsibilities

As an Information Management Administrator, your role will be pivotal in ensuring effective administration related to Data, Compliance, and Examinations. You will deliver a responsive and high-quality service to all learners.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support during critical academic cycles such as Planning, Timetabling, Funding Returns, Enrolment, and Examinations.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to maintain and enhance departmental services.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • Strong computer skills, particularly in database management and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Adaptability to evolving technologies and processes.
  • Experience in administration and data entry.
