About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administration Manager to join our team at Methodist Homes. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our home, with a focus on customer service, finance, recruitment, and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Home Manager in ensuring compliance with external regulatory requirements and internal standards.
  • Manage data effectively, with attention to detail.
  • Submit payroll information to our central support office and maintain accurate records of resident and MHA assets.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies to drive growth and improvement.
