Overview of the Role:
The Corporate Client Relationship Manager is tasked with aiding the Account Management team in overseeing Corporate Client agreements.
This position encompasses responsibilities such as performance reporting, contract expansion and enhancement, adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs), compliance monitoring, customer satisfaction initiatives, client retention strategies, and the development of innovative solutions.
While this role is primarily home-based, occasional travel to client sites and office locations may be necessary.
Why This Role is Valuable:
- Assisting the Account Management team in the administration of Corporate Client agreements.
- Handling client inquiries for data, including compliance and waste destination details.
- Supporting pricing strategies and tender submissions for the Account Management team.
- Generating regular reports for clients.
- Overseeing the KPI/SLA metrics for Corporate Client agreements.
- Managing purchase order workflows.
- Collaborating with Mobilisation, Customer Service, and Account Management teams to facilitate smooth transitions and support during supplier changes.
- Providing assistance to the Account Management team on various client and internal projects as needed.
- Offering general administrative support to the Account Management team.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Proven experience in customer service.
- Background in waste management.
- Strong numerical comprehension and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with individuals at all levels, including management and clients, both verbally and in writing.
- Commitment to compliance and meticulous attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to swiftly identify issues and propose effective solutions.
- Experience in cultivating and maintaining client relationships.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Resilience and capacity to handle pressure positively.
- Willingness to acquire new skills and expand professional expertise.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel.
