Job Summary:

The Royal Buckinghamshire Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiology Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our Radiology Department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team of radiographers and ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Radiology Department, including managing schedules, coordinating patient appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with the day-to-day running of the department, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Ensure that all patient information is handled confidentially and in accordance with data protection regulations.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new procedures and policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
