About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Agility Lead to join our team at JP Morgan Chase Bank, National Association. As an Agility Lead, you will play a critical role in fostering a culture of innovation and high performance within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Agile Methodologies: Develop and implement agile methodologies to drive business value and improve operational efficiency.
  • Coach and Mentor: Provide guidance and support to teams to adopt and implement agile practices, promoting open communication and collaboration.
  • Stakeholder Management: Use advanced communication and facilitation skills to manage and influence stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Operational Planning: Develop and implement short to mid-term operational plans, prioritizing tasks and managing resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Identify trends and generate original ideas to contribute to the development of new policies and best practices within the organization.
  • Culture Development: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Lean Roadmaps: Ensure the advancement of lean roadmaps to enhance operational and delivery performance.
  • Operational Excellence: Serve as a partner, facilitator, and trainer on operational excellence topics, demonstrating how they are utilized to improve outcomes.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in a relevant domain, with a focus on coaching teams and individuals on agile methodologies and project management.
  • Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of multiple product development lifecycle stages, methodologies, and best practices, enabling effective guidance and support for teams.
  • Agile Delivery: Display advanced knowledge of agile delivery and multiple agile approaches, including Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming (XP), and scaling frameworks.
  • Communication: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels within the organization.
  • Lean Six Sigma: Experience with lean six sigma, opportunity assessments, value stream identification, and organizational change management.
  • Certifications: Lean Six Sigma, Green Belt or verifiable equivalent experience, PMP certification from the Project Management Institute or verifiable equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Formal Training: Formal training on Agile coaching (formal coaching certifications preferred).
  • Lean Six Sigma: Lean Six Sigma, Black Belt or verifiable equivalent experience.
  • Industrial Engineering: Industrial engineering experience is a major plus.
  • Agile Guide: Experienced with the Agile Guide, Scrum Master.
  • Product Owner Certification: Product Owner Certification such as CSPO, SAFe PO/PM or PSPO or verifiable equivalent experience.
