We are seeking Mental Health Recovery Specialists to join a prominent charity dedicated to Mental Health and Recovery.

Your role will involve providing personalized support to individuals both in the office and within the community, assisting them in achieving improved mental health, life skills, independence, and self-worth.

Your daily responsibilities will include;

  • Developing and implementing tailored support plans while collaborating with various organizations to effectively assist your clients.
  • Establishing connections and referral pathways with a diverse range of agencies including DWP, housing services, law enforcement, and NHS England.
  • Designing and facilitating recovery-oriented workshops within the community.
  • Participating in a weekly rota to manage open access sessions and information lines.
  • Managing a caseload of approximately 25 clients, scheduling appointments for one-on-one meetings or group sessions in both office and community settings.
To qualify for this position, you should have a genuine interest in Mental Health.

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with the ability to maintain accurate case files and documentation.


The annual salary for this role is £23,400, along with opportunities to enhance your experience and career in the mental health sector.

Additionally, you will receive 32 days of annual leave, a pension plan, and a healthcare package.
