- Experience of having received secondary care mental health services and a strong understanding of the recovery process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle, as travel may be required.
