Job Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Spring Health.

About the Role

  • Provide counseling services to clients with a range of mental health concerns.
  • Work with adults, children, and families to address their mental health needs.
  • Use evidence-based treatment modalities and interventions to support clients.
  • Collaborate with our clinical care navigation team and administrative support team to ensure seamless care.
  • Provide culturally competent and empathetic care to clients from diverse backgrounds.

Requirements

  • Unrestricted license to practice counseling in England.
  • Post-graduate experience with at least 3 years of post-licensed experience.
  • Comfortable with technology and telehealth competent.
  • Available to offer some amount of monthly in-person availability for Spring Health members in Leicester, England.
  • Training and experience in evidence-based modalities of care such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT.
  • Comfortable with providing safety planning and intervention during situations where a client might present with higher risks.
