About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Practitioner to join our CAMHS Crisis Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people and their families who are experiencing a mental health crisis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for young people in crisis, ensuring their needs are met and they receive the best possible care.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver effective care and support to young people and their families.
  • Develop and implement specialist packages of care, including multi-agency input, to meet the complex needs of young people.
  • Make informed decisions that improve treatment outcomes and enhance resilience and recovery for young people and their families.
Requirements
  • Experience of working in a mental health crisis team or similar setting.
  • Strong assessment and treatment planning skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
