Job Overview

Hitachi Zosen Inova AG is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Administrator to join our team. As a Site Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our project site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the site team, including coordinating office tasks, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): Ensure compliance with all relevant HSE regulations and guidelines, and implement measures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Document Control: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of site documentation, including contracts, permits, and other relevant documents.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between the site team and other stakeholders, including vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Administrative Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a construction or engineering industry.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages an asset.
