About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Asset Planning Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling a specific case load of damage claims ranging from £100 to £1m+ in a timely manner within the Delegations of Authority.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a case load of damage claims, applying and understanding the principles of relevant legislation and guidance notes.
  • Communicate with third parties by telephone and in writing, utilizing excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Use IT applications, including Solcase, GIS, EamEam Spatial, OMS, and Oracle, to efficiently manage claims.
  • Identify problematic claims and determine the best course of action.
  • Support the claims administration team and other litigation coordinators.
  • Progress claims into litigation for resolution.
  • Work closely with external legal service providers.
Requirements
  • Planning and Organizing skills.
  • OR NVQ Level 3 or ONC in Business Management.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Previous claims/insurance/legal experience.
