Asset Planning Specialist

Advance TRS is seeking a highly skilled Asset Planning Officer to join our team. As an Asset Planning Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective management of our wastewater assets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement asset planning processes to optimize asset performance and minimize costs.
- Collaborate with the Data team to ensure accurate and timely data is available for asset planning purposes.
- Work closely with the Planning Manager to model scenarios and interpret results to inform investment decisions.
- Contribute to the development and optimization of the Capital programme to deliver outputs and serviceability performance at the lowest whole life cost.
- Maintain strong links with the Regulatory business planning team to ensure alignment with industry regulatory frameworks.
- Asset Management qualification or professional association preferred.
- Experience and technical expertise in a utility or asset management environment.
- Ability to evaluate and model complex regulatory and serviceability issues and information.
- Understanding of Water Industry regulatory frameworks and OFWAT's business model.
