Asset Planning Specialist

Advance TRS is seeking a highly skilled Asset Planning Officer to join our team. As an Asset Planning Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective management of our wastewater assets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement asset planning processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the Data team to ensure the Data Improvement programme delivers accurate and timely information to support asset planning.
- Model scenarios and interpret results to identify investment requirements necessary to deliver desired outputs and serviceability performance.
- Contribute to the development and optimization of the Capital programme to achieve the highest possible AMA score.
- Maintain strong links with the Regulatory business planning team.
- Asset Management qualification or professional association preferred.
- Experience and technical expertise in a utility or asset management environment.
- Ability to evaluate and model complex regulatory and serviceability issues and information.
- Understanding of the Water Industry regulatory framework and OFWAT's business model.
