About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Programme Administrator to join our team at London Business School. As a Programme Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our degree programmes, working closely with Programme Managers, Senior Managers, and Programme Directors.

You will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and ensuring the smooth execution of programme events and activities. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with students, staff, and stakeholders, providing a high level of customer service and support.

Main Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the Programme Team, including ordering stationery, meeting support, event organization, and kitchen management.
    • Assist with the organization of programme events and activities, including Orientation, exchange activities, speaker events, Congregation, and Exam board.
  • Office Management
    • Manage office operations, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring the efficient use of resources.
  • Student Support
    • Provide a first point of contact service to students and other stakeholders, responding to queries and escalating issues as required.
    • Contribute to the development of the student experience by engaging with students, attending events, and building effective working relationships.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Experience of providing an outstanding level of customer service.
    • Proficient in commonly used IT packages, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and database management systems.
  • Skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills, with the ability to address a variety of stakeholders.
    • Excellent organization skills and meticulous attention to detail.
    • A team player with the ability to work collaboratively and take ownership of responsibilities.
    • A proactive approach to tasks, suggesting improvements and solutions.
