About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Personal Assistant to join a highly regarded company that values its staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO, including:

  • Diary Management: Coordinating the CEO's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Travel Coordination: Arranging complex, international travel requirements, including accommodation, transport, and logistics.
  • Document Preparation: Preparing reports, documents, and presentations using Microsoft Office software.
  • Board Support: Coordinating quarterly board meetings, preparing board packs, and collating and processing reports.
  • Client Support: Coordinating client contract signing and mailing.
  • Charity Liaison: Liaising with various charities and trusts.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to have:

  • Previous PA Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Personal Assistant in a corporate environment.
  • Strong IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Team Player: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
