Customer Support Administrator Opportunity

A great opportunity has arisen within one of our long-established clients for a Customer Support Administrator to join their friendly Contracts Team on a full-time permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with Hauliers
  • Co-ordinating the installation process, liaising with customers and installers for the work and liaising with the distribution team for the delivery
  • Ensuring that deliveries are thoroughly planned, taking into account vehicle size, site specifications and co-ordinating the delivery date

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly over the telephone
  • Ability to proactively manage and organise workload in a methodical way
  • Flexibility and adaptability with a can-do attitude
  • Proven experience of working in an administrative role or similar environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
