Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Solve complex technical issues independently and escalate when necessary
  • Administer user accounts on Office 365/Azure and Active Directory
  • Manage user permissions, memberships, backups, and other IT-related tasks
  • Log and track support tickets, updating and resolving as needed
  • Install and maintain IT hardware and troubleshoot issues related to laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and other equipment
  • Provide updates on hardware and software issues
  • Collaborate with suppliers and partners as needed
  • Support Apple products, including iPhones and Macs
  • Perform IT inductions for new starters
  • Set up and maintain AV and conference equipment

Requirements

  • Experience working in a similar-sized company with a similar IT team
  • Ability to work independently on desktop support
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience with desktop support in a Windows 10/11 environment
  • Office 365/Azure administration experience
  • Teams administration experience
  • SharePoint experience
  • OneDrive experience
  • Azure AD and Active Directory administration experience
  • Experience with Apple products (iPhones and Macs)
  • Intune and AutoPilot experience (a plus)
  • Knowledge of networking and/or information and cyber security (a plus)
