About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious sales professional to join our team at Optimise Talent Ltd as a Business to Business Sales Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective sales strategies
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales data and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement

Requirements

  • Previous experience in business-to-business sales, preferably in a target-driven environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
