Job Title: Registered General Nurse
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered General Nurse to join our team at Runwood Homes. As a Registered General Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of excellent healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans in accordance with NMC guidelines and company policy.
- Assist with emergencies and pre-planned treatment of patients, ensuring the highest level of care and safety.
- Manage workload effectively, prioritizing tasks and delegating responsibilities as needed.
- Conduct ongoing assessments and reviews of patients, monitoring their progress and adjusting care plans accordingly.
- Administer medications and treatments, applying surgical dressings and providing other forms of care as required.
- Plan and direct the work of other nursing staff, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
- Advise on nursing care, disease prevention, and other relevant health topics.
- Liaise with management and senior nurses to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- NQF Level 6 (or equivalent qualification) in Nursing.
- Current NMC Pin as a Registered General Nurse.
- Previous experience as a Nurse, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Good knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
