Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partnerships Development Manager to join our team in Manchester City Centre. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, providing flexibility and the best of both city and remote working environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and Evaluate Potential Partners

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, identifying potential partner organizations that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Develop and Negotiate Partnership Agreements

Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and negotiate partnership agreements that drive growth and enhance our market presence.

Manage and Nurture Existing Partnerships

Monitor and analyze the performance of existing partnerships, ensuring they meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to our growth targets.

Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Teams

Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure that partnership activities are aligned with overall business strategies.

Monitor Market Trends and Competitor Activities

Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities, identifying new partnership opportunities that drive growth and enhance our market presence.

Represent the Company at Partnership Meetings and Events

Represent the company at partnership meetings, conferences, and other networking events, building relationships and promoting our company's interests.

Prepare and Present Regular Reports

Prepare and present regular reports on partnership performance, insights, and opportunities for growth to senior management.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a Related Field

A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required.

Proven Experience in Partnerships, Business Development, or a Similar Role

Proven experience (3+ years) in partnerships, business development, or a similar role, ideally within the SaaS or tech industry.

Strong Negotiation and Relationship-Building Skills

Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.

Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Self-Motivated with a Results-Driven Approach

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, able to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to Travel as Required

Flexibility to travel as required for partner meetings and events.
