Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partnerships Development Manager to join our team in Manchester City Centre. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, providing flexibility and the best of both city and remote working environments.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and Evaluate Potential Partners
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, identifying potential partner organizations that align with our company's goals and objectives.
Develop and Negotiate Partnership AgreementsWork closely with cross-functional teams to develop and negotiate partnership agreements that drive growth and enhance our market presence.
Manage and Nurture Existing PartnershipsMonitor and analyze the performance of existing partnerships, ensuring they meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to our growth targets.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product TeamsWork closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure that partnership activities are aligned with overall business strategies.
Monitor Market Trends and Competitor ActivitiesStay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities, identifying new partnership opportunities that drive growth and enhance our market presence.
Represent the Company at Partnership Meetings and EventsRepresent the company at partnership meetings, conferences, and other networking events, building relationships and promoting our company's interests.
Prepare and Present Regular ReportsPrepare and present regular reports on partnership performance, insights, and opportunities for growth to senior management.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a Related Field
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required.
Proven Experience in Partnerships, Business Development, or a Similar RoleProven experience (3+ years) in partnerships, business development, or a similar role, ideally within the SaaS or tech industry.
Strong Negotiation and Relationship-Building SkillsExcellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.
Excellent Communication and Presentation SkillsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Self-Motivated with a Results-Driven ApproachSelf-motivated with a results-driven approach, able to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to Travel as RequiredFlexibility to travel as required for partner meetings and events.
What We Offer- Competitive Salary Package
A competitive salary package of £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus a performance-based bonus.
