Utility People is seeking a highly skilled Partnerships Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and third-party intermediaries.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Cultivate Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the third-party intermediary (TPI) channel to drive business growth.
  • Identify and Secure Partnerships: Identify and secure new TPIs and partners to achieve business growth and meet sales targets.
  • Build Client Portfolio: Build a portfolio of industrial and commercial (I&C) clients via the TPI channel.
  • Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Manage external stakeholder relationships to achieve growth and sales targets.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers: Work with account managers to deliver a first-class service to TPIs.
  • Industry Events: Attend industry events, networking functions, and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven Track Record: 5+ years of proven track record of sales within the TPI energy sector.
  • Market Understanding: Deep understanding of the TPI market.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal, able to engage with C-suite executives.
  • Commercial Focus: Strong commercial focus with ability to capitalize on revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Sales Hunter Mentality: Self-motivated individual with a sales hunter mentality.
  • Travel Requirements: Must hold a full UK driving license and be willing to travel as required.
