Strategic Programme Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Programme Manager to join our team at Camden Council. As a key member of our London ADASS team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategic ambitions and priorities for adult social care in London.
Key Responsibilities- Advise and collaborate with directors of adult social care, senior leaders, and partners to implement programme priorities and ensure project delivery.
- Develop and maintain effective partnership working arrangements with key stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration and partnership in adult social care across London.
- Lead a portfolio of projects focused on commissioning, market management, data and performance management, and digital innovation in adult social care.
- Represent London ADASS at regional and national meetings, supporting and leading change programmes, and analysing data to inform decision-making.
We are looking for a strategic thinker with expert knowledge of the adult social care system, including commissioning, market management, and performance. You will have excellent project management skills, significant senior-level experience in adult social care, and the ability to work with a wide range of partners.
You will be an excellent communicator, able to present complex issues clearly, manage multiple projects, and balance competing demands. Strong leadership skills and experience in managing and developing people are essential.
