About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Director to join our team at The Dorchester. As a Senior Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue for our luxury hotels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targeted business goals and exceed annual budgets.
  • Proactively sell our luxury hotels to assigned territories and industry segments, introducing new clients and maintaining existing relationships.
  • Work closely with the Area Director of Sales and Director of Sales to achieve sales objectives and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor analysis to effectively sell against them.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the Group Corporate market within the luxury sector.
  • Driven and creative individual with strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Team player with the ability to work harmoniously within the sales department and across the wider hotels.
  • Strong technical skills and ability to analyze data to inform sales strategies.
