Position Overview:

Are you a seasoned IT Operations Manager with a solid background in the manufacturing sector? Do you possess experience in overseeing ERP and CRM system enhancements and integration initiatives? If so, we invite you to consider a role with Futures, where you will play a pivotal part in a leading manufacturing organization that is preparing to transition to a tailored ERP solution.

The implementation of the EFACS ERP system is set to commence shortly, and we are seeking an individual who can collaborate closely with the vendor and project management team to facilitate a seamless transition.

In addition, you will be responsible for managing the ongoing IT operations, ensuring the integrity of hardware, software, and network systems, while serving as the primary liaison for various vendors and support partners.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager and service providers to enhance business processes through IT improvements and support the integration of the upgraded ERP system.
  • Oversee changes within the IT environment to mitigate risks to business operations.
  • Diagnose and resolve IT-related issues concerning hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Act as a key participant in the ERP implementation project, including the specification and deployment of data capture hardware.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.

Required Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in leading IT service transition activities in both physical and cloud environments.
  • Extensive knowledge of Office365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Strong comprehension of network and server infrastructure.
  • Significant experience within the manufacturing industry.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Microsoft certification, such as Modern Desktop Administrator (desirable).
  • Proven track record in IT management roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of network support, disaster recovery, and systems engineering.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Job Details:

Permanent / Full Time, 37.5 hours per week. Standard working hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:15 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday from 8:15 AM to 12:45 PM.
