About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Management professional to join our team at Oxa Autonomy. As a Principal Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading program management across our portfolio, setting the standard for program management processes, and ensuring that roadmaps are up-to-date and resources are well-managed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement program management processes and templates to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Manage complex software delivery work, including physical aspects such as hardware integration and procurement.
  • Collaborate with leaders to re-plan and resolve resource conflicts, ensuring that plans are adaptable to changing circumstances.
  • Bridge program management across the organization and with third-party partners, ensuring effective communication and interface.
  • Manage plans that require flexibility and adaptability, balancing rigour and pragmatism according to the situation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in program management, particularly in large-scale, complex domains.
  • Ability to set standards and define processes for program management, ensuring materials are consumable by anyone in the organization.
  • Experience in managing plans that require change, working with uncertainty and high-paced environments.
  • Ability to balance rigour and pragmatism, building program processes where needed to deliver for customers.
