Job Summary

:

Oxa Autonomy is seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Director to lead program management across our portfolio. This is a hands-on role that requires experience in program management, complex software delivery, and physical aspects such as hardware integration and procurement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set the standard for program management, defining processes and templates, and ensuring materials are consumable by anyone in the organisation.
  • Actively manage plans, working with leaders to re-plan and resolve resource conflicts as necessary.
  • Bridge across program management in the organisation and the interface to program management in third parties.
  • Manage plans that need to change, working on a range of initiatives from high uncertainty R&D to commercial delivery.
  • Balance between appropriate rigour and pragmatism.

Requirements

  • Experience of program management in a large-scale, complex domain.
  • Experience of program managing complex software delivery work, including physical aspects.
  • Ability to build program processes where needed to help deliver for customers.
